Inspired by the words of Jesus,
“ whatsoever you do to the least of my brethren ,
you do unto me ”.
Fr. Wilhelm Meyer a young and dynamic priest from Switzerland founded the Society in 1909 to spread compassion especially by reaching out to the poorest of the poor in alleviating the sufferings to the maximum.
